I was bidding against you last night on the Beltran bat. Congrats on the pickup. I thought it might be you cause the id that was showing had TNT in it. I figured I would end the bidding war and wait for another.

Thanks Michael. It finished at about what I was hoping to pay for it; I would have gone slightly higher. I am thinking about replacing the Beltran bat in my collection with this one, so if I make my other available, would you be interested? I'll know more when it arrives.

A 2005 Springfield Cardinals home helmet. It has a cracked visor and #32 marked out in earhole. Purchased in the 2006 garage sale.

Very funny you should say that. He is selling one of his houses and I was actually offered it.

The 08 Jersey came direct from the Tigers. All the other stuff came from Kyle.

This a jersey worm by Adam Davis in the Hawaii Winter Baseball League. It was worn by 3 different players in 06,07, and 08. Davis was the last to wear it. He is a former Gator, of course, and is now in the Cleveland Indians organization. He also played for Team USA. The league has a ton of jerseys for sale. Very few and far in between. I just love these little pieces of history. Only the second one I have had the opportunity to add to my collection (always interested in more). I need the Detroit team if anyone has one they want to part with. This example is from 1889 and features the Chicago team with Cap Anson. Very nice condition despite the centering. Original owner found this in a book (lucky guy).

a bat issued to lou whitaker when he played in the celebrety softball game in 2005 when the all-star game was in detroit. its also signed by lou & memebrs of the show 'bad news bears', including billy bob thornton.
