I actually put that bug in Scott's ear. When I saw the block letter LEN DYKSTRA bat I remembered a photo in the 2006 Mets year book showing Wally Backman using the same model bat. I also have a heavily used Backman game used bat with similar tape on the handle as the Dykstra block model on ebay.

Here's the photo from the Mets yearbook thought it may not be clear enough to see the LEN DYKSTRA block letter.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Tim from HOF Bats. I recieved this awesome Thome from '91-92. It was 1 of 12 ordered in 1991.
