And i can also act like a good business man by offering to give one of my zillion bats away. To make it look like im the bad guy and so other people will continue to buy my over priced fake game used items.

BTW, have you received the media guides I sent? I was going to e-mail from my home computer, but it is "sick" and didn't have your e-mail on my blackberry.

Come on, I don't need this garbage. Who the seller is is irrelevant. I am going back to Portland as soon as the floodwaters on I-5 (freeway) recede. I won't even be home come Monday. I am not looking for stuff; I am just looking for decency. You are confusing the issue; the only point is that you told me that there was use on a bat that the original seller told me wasn't there. That's also what your ad indicates. I refuse - after everything else I have read and seen on the forum - to believe that this was a simple mistake.

You are absolutely correct, the seller is irrelevent and there is no use on the bat. I am not disagreeing with the seller. The Biggio bat I purchased at the same time is also pristine!

Send me your parents address in Portland and I will send it there. It should take 2-3 days to arrive. I am not kidding, I want you to see for yourself the bat is in original condition. You corresponded with the seller, so you to know who it is. I am also know you have been looking for a Sam bat, so it is yours to keep.
