As one of the other posts stated, I hope my wife doesn't read this. I have 66 NFL game worn jerseys and can display about 50 in my basement. I continually rotate them so that my wife can't obviously tell when I've purchased a new one. Not all are well known players; some would only be known to a fan that follows the team. I've just collected jersey styles I liked or players I liked. You'll see that I predominantly collect Chargers jerseys.

very interesting setup. very risky though school gym roofs have a tendancy to leak or at least they did when i was a student hopefully they have improved in the long time since then.

ON a previous discussion we brought up collect insure and the only people that used them hadn't made any claims. Has anyone actually had a claim with them, if so how was the process?

I collect UGA stuff. I have had up to 20 game usd jerseys and Helmets. I have gottan rid of some to collect only Georgia Legends. Champ Bailey, David Greene, Eric Zeier, Marcus Howard, Caleb King, Matt Stafford, and Many More. I am still trying to find a DJ Shockley.....put the word out. Thanks UGA016

NOW HERE IS THE BIG QUESTION.......How many of you guys have Insurance on your collections?

I have been looking into it, but have no idea what I should expect to pay? I have a feeling my Agent isn't all that sure about the process either.

Any good advice on the process or things to watch out for?

I was just talking to a collector who used to be on here about that exact thing and he says he used a certain company out of I want to say the boston area that deals with insuring collectables only. I will ask him the name of the company and write back.
