My whole collection focuses on my beloved Clemson Tigers. I've really only been collecting the last 4 years or so but have managed to find some really good pieces along the way.

4 NFL jerseys:

Woody Dantzler Cowboys Blue 02 - shows wear
Rod Gardner Panthers White 04 - some pilling on numbers
Anthony Simmons Seahawks White 04 - shows good use

There are a lot of big time collections represented here. jbcindc, got any pictures of your room? Looks like you got some good footbal jerseys.

Approx 120 NFL jerseys (heavy on Kevin Greene, Heisman winners and HOF players)
2 CFL jerseys (both Heisman winners)
9 Helmets (8 NFL, 1 CFL)
9 College jerseys
Approx 10 NFL equipment (Shoulder pads, cleats, hats, footballs etc.)
2 Cardinal Baseball jerseys (98 McGwire & 58 Musial)
2 Baseball bats (98 McGwire & Sosa)

I bought the Ahman Green jersey from another collector a couple of years ago. It didn't have team/player provenance so I sent it to Lampson for his review and received an LOA from him. I'm relatively new to the Forum and my jersey list is my second post to the site. However, I read the threads often and have come to learn that a Lampson LOA may or may not have value. Nevertheless, the jersey has repairs on both shoulders and one on the chest. There are scuff marks on the jersey and numbers, some dirt stains, and what appear to be both green and blue helmet marks.

As one of the other posts stated, I hope my wife doesn't read this. I have 66 NFL game worn jerseys and can display about 50 in my basement. I continually rotate them so that my wife can't obviously tell when I've purchased a new one. Not all are well known players; some would only be known to a fan that follows the team. I've just collected jersey styles I liked or players I liked. You'll see that I predominantly collect Chargers jerseys.

When I first began collecting game-used, about ten years ago, Diamondbacks jerseys were nearly impossible to obtain - the team had only just started playing, for one thing - and legitimate gamers, with good provenence, are still hard to come by. So I began buying older, other-team jerseys of DBacks players - somewhat indiscriminately, I have to admit.

So even though I probably have somewhere in the neighborhood of 140-150 jerseys, some, in the long run, I will probably not keep. Some of the players involved were just with the team for such a short time - some of them, I can barely remember! Like the Armando Almanza Marlins, the '89 Willie Blair Syracuse Chiefs, the Midre Cummings Devil Rays, the Shawn Estes Rockies, the Raul Mondesi Blue Jays (that I spent a small fortune on), the Javier Vasquez Expos - you will no doubt eventually see those jerseys for sale down in the Collector to Collector forum.

I love minor league jerseys that relate to DBacks prospects, and pick them up whenever I can. I would honestly rather have one of those than a jersey worn by a superstar player with no connection to my team of choice. One of my favorites is a Camden Riversharks road jersey that Stephen Drew wore with that independent league team for a couple of months before he signed with the DBacks. I also avidly collect, to the fullest extent of my budget, Team U.S.A. and WBC jerseys - those, whenever possible, with a DBacks connection, of course.

If you count football helmets, hockey masks, movie worn and game worn jerseys, I have over 1500 items.
I hasten to add, size is not important and I pray each day how thankful I have been to have "custody" of these.
They don't define me.
