Here's something you don't see on this forum. This is a game used cricket bat. Used by former Australian opening batsman GEOFF MARSH.

I'm sure alot of you are thinking "what the @$?!"

I actually think it's very cool to see (and learn the different mark colors). Nice pickup!

So far, May has been a very successful month on the Cubs pickups. So far, I've picked-up:

* 1989 Set 2 - Don Zimmer Home Cubs Uniform w/ tobacco stains - possible photomatch to a getty image from late '89.

* 1988 BP - Andre Dawson from BIGSTIG - possible photomatch to an August 23, 1988 picture note the neck cut. I talked to Dawson this evening at a signing and he mentioned remembering having to cut some of the necks on the BP jerseys.

* 1992 Andre Dawson GU Worth bat.

* 2008 GU DeRosa and Aramis Ramirez bats

* 2008 GU Matt Murton A's Road Grey Jersey

Glad to hear the Dawson signing went well. Sometimes he is not so social. Now I am wishing I kept it and took it to the show myself JK Glad it went to a good home...ENJOY!! Congrats on the other pick-ups as well!!

Just got this in the mail direct from the Blue Jays. Its from the 2008 season and has an MLB hologram dated April 20th 2008...which was the date he was released by the Jays.

Its huge too...almost two feet in length.

2007 Lastings Milledge Mets BP cap.

Hologrammed to the final day of the 2007 season, but it has tons of sweat stains so it was probably used longer than that.

Now I have Milledge's last ever Mets jersey, batting helmet and BP cap.


Hard to see in this pic but there is a finger-width wide area of dirt/pine tar on the brim. Just like if you had pine tar on your finger while you took the hat off.


Sweat stains, Milledge's typical #44 in the correct place. Steiner and MLB holo's.
