I'm happy that in the end you were able to get something really special to you. Funny how things turn out. I'm sure you were depressed about the other rawlings bat you had, that turned out not to be a HR bat as described. Good things happen to good people. Enjoy your new prized possesion!
agreed. good things do happen to good people and tony is up there with the best of people i have had the priviledge of associating with in this great hobby of ours.

    Hello,
I just received this Cutter Dykstra bat in the mail today. This is the first Cutter bat I have seen. The bat is uncracked and shows GREAT game use.

    congrats tony

funny. when you said you had something big, i emailed the original owner about his bat as its been something i thought of doing, putting the bat and ball together eventually. and grdslam is a really nice guy too. he gave me no indication that he had sold it to you so i thought maybe it was another bat you were after. never imagined he would let it go. must have given him an offer he couldnt refuse.

super bat. glad its in a diehard arod collection now.

i have a ball transfer test i was going to look into too.

    later

Agreed. Murph's "3" is the only one that was ever written on that bat. Great bat, btw. Had it on my watch list and it ended pretty quickly.
