Ok now they are! YAY. Ok so where did you get it? Did you buy it as a GU bat or did you find a diamond in the rough?Comment

Re: Game Used Bryce Harper Bat???
I bought it off a guy who works at Turner Field - Atlanta Braves. I promised I wouldn't mention his name since he can get in trouble but I really don't know him personally. He's sending me pics of him with Harper who gave him the bat this year with a COA explaining how he got it but you can never be sure. I would love to find a photo matching the bat to a specific game.

There is a bat that looks exactly like yours that recently sold on eBay.

Re: Game Used Bryce Harper Bat???
That's correct guys, I'm the one who bought it from that same ebay listing. To be honest, I didn't think he would except my offer and at the same time, I wanted to get more info on the bat from the forum here. I did win it so I had a long conversation today with him and he's sending me the bat with the pics of him and Harper and a COA stating who he is, who he works for and how he got it. I was hoping to see if anyone had more info on his bats and any photos of Harper using a bat like this during August or September of 2012.Comment

Re: Game Used Bryce Harper Bat???
I believe I have seen him in one or two photos with a bat marked like that on the barrel, but that doesn't necessarily show anything one way or the other. It is odd that there isn't a bat knob sticker on it (which there normally would be), but that doesn't necessarily show anything one way or the other.
If it came from Turner Field, I'd definitely start with looking at photos there after August 1 for a possible match.Comment

I see that the models are also different. The one from Yankee Stadium is a BH model and the one you purchased is a CU.
I really do hope that it is a good bat and you can find a match.Comment

Have you tried contacting the bat company? They might be able to help you out. Also if you have facebook, you might want to check out their page and ask them....anything is worth a try.Comment

Re: Game Used Bryce Harper Bat???
I found a Bryce Harper Game bat that he used in September that matches the style of mine So at least I know he used this style bat!! "Marucci model CU7-M, from the 2012 season, is un-cracked and game ready. Several bat rack streaks and scuffs from general handling are visible on the barrel. The date of manufacture (09/10/12), Harper's number (34), length (3.5)and weight (1.2) are stamped into the knob. Stamped on the front barrel is 'SHRH', which represents the initials of Harper's parents Sheri and Ron Harper. A Bryce Harper signature, his number '34' and the scripture notation 'Luke 1:37' (For nothing is impossible with God) are on the front barrel in silver marker.
This bat was given to Ron Carnal and his son on September 26, 2012 at the Phillies Citizens Bank Park, in exchange for Harper's 20th home run ball. Ron caught the ball, gave it to his son and then both were escorted to fan services where they were told Bryce wanted the home run run ball and in exchange offered them this signed bat. Documentation detailing the exchange accompanies the bat"
