I worked for my father for most life started when I was 14 . My dad owned service/gas stations since 1951 then retired in 2004 .

I quit working for my dad in 2000 and went to Capital One .

It was a great place to work until Capital One figured out how much money they could save by outsourcing our jobs overseas ......I loved working there , it was a lot of fun .....

It was announced July 21 , 2004 they were laying off 1200 workers in Tampa, just 5 weeks after our little boy was born and the day after having jaw surgery .....

I have been a stay at home dad since .........funny how things work out sometimes.......

Gotigers I just furnished my bedroom in Kathy Irelands line lol lol thats pretty funny.

I didn't even think it was anything speacial and I happen to be looking up my furniture I just purchased and saw stuff all over the web that its a pretty decent sized furniture line.

Design / Develop furniture for Ballard Designs, mostly a catalog company, but have new retail stores in Jacksonville, and Tampa. I've also done furniture for Kathy Ireland's line. Also, I used to design trade show exhibits.

I'm a geologist working in the environmental field cleaning up contaminated soil and ground water. I am part owner of the company I work at.

Cool stuff. I do a lot of OSHA and EPA work.

I understand you're having trouble with your business, and are undecided as to whether you should be both an importer/exporter or concentrate on just the importing. Please keep me posted as to what you decide...

I am a Sr. Process Engineer for a oil field service company. We manufactured a variety of treatment chemicals for the big oil and gas companies. We work a lot with North Slope Alaska and deep water Gulf of Mexico applications. I also dabble in commercial real estate. However, my first priority and most important job is being a Husband!
