as i have told all of you i would keep you posted on the refund i was promised on this bat...... one week has gone by since he said A US POSTAL MONEY ORDER was send out and still nothing ........ i don't think i am wrong i just want a refund of 175.00 that is owed to me and still nothing but he swore it went out......... hu

Perhaps you should chalk it up to experience. He probably never sent it. Now that he's been found out again. Words to live by: Expect nothing, and you won't be disappointed.

Let's be honest, he had no intention of sending it regardless of being exposed here on the forum. That is what he does to people, over and over and over again. I think you should file in small claims court against him and contact his local police. If you do a search on GUF, you'll find a couple of threads that list different avenues of recourse against frauds like this. Good luck.

Yep. That's our boy. He rips off every one , and we're the bad guys. I guess he's pissed off 'cause I beat him out on that Thome bat yesterday. I would contact the postal service about this. You sent him the payment by mail,right ? He just admitted you won't see a refund til he gets it. Let us know how it goes.

That's too funny. I just got an email from the guy that I bought the Thome bat from yesterday. He sent me an email with pics of another bat I inquired about. Guess who he sent a copy to ? Mike Housh (buckeyefan2579@hotmail.com) .Isn't that interesting ? he must think we are retarded. Just thought it was interesting.

whats messed up is he said 175.00 got the bat delivered... so i paypaled him asap for the bat yet nothing and i guess i will get no refund but i have his adress and i am gonna go on vactation so i am thinking hummmmm.. what he thinks is i am gonna let this drop not at all i will go above and beyond for anyone but d@@@ me over and well thats a diffrent story first he sent the bat and then he said the refund went out 20 minutes ago on last tuesday and still nothing then he said its just excuse after excuse and then he told a board member when he gets extra money he'll send it guess what guys i don't get even i GET AHEAD......... i will pervail out of this i promise even if i have to take a little trip.... it will be worth it but whats the worse i just wanted a refund and i would of told all i got the refund and thats alll.........

I have not seen any imperical evidence this this guy screwed anybody over.. It is totaly possible that he sent out 40 different items and 40 different refunds and they were all lost in the mail. Rather than bashing him why don't we suggest he use UPS rather than mail service...

He told me that my refund(difference of what paypal did not give me after a bat was "lost in the mail" and the Deliv Conf. slip was "thrown away") would get to me in 2 weeks- and that was last winter. I wouldn't sprint to the mail box each day if I were you.
