current status under review by paypal instructed buyer if paypal rejects claim i will issue refund myself for the 175 since no one purcahsed Ins. If paypal approves claim he will receive it from my acct on there.

item was shipped with tracking it says no item was delivered i have instructed him to go through with paypal and through the steps he will get a full refund through me what else can i do other then that

Ok, so why haven't you provided the guy with the tracking # ? If was mailed with a tracking #, the item won't just evaporate into thin air.........something has run a muck here

I guess the payment for the Travis Hafner glove was never sent like you said it was so I'm going to go ahead and sell it to someone else since you didn't respond to my last email.

guys the bat is under review according to paypal and HE said he would refund me if paypal rejects it so i will give him the benifet of the dought i will keep you all posted i just want the bat or a refund thats all.....

If it's Ken Golum I wouldn't hold your breath- If Paypal doesnt refund your money- he's not going to either. He still owes me $25 for the difference of a $200 bat that I bought and never rcd(Paypal refunded me the other $175) Good Luck

hate to keep doing this but i said i would keep everyone posted and STILL no refund i sent him paypal but he said he would refund me by money order and paypal did RULE IN MY FAVOR don't know why he won't refund me by paypal all i want is what is owed to me........

So paypal can't just take funds out of his account and give it back to you? All seems fishy. I see he just sold a Manny Ramirez bat a few posts down. That really surprises me. He can go sell another bat here and not clear this up first. Hope you get your refund and Airtron responds in here to what is going on.

bat sold offline. had to mail mo due to the fact i closed my paypal account due to id theft. as soon as claim was found in his favor i agreed to send him refund end of story he will post when he receives this week
