Yep paypal went in their way, so I lost my money. Shouldn't the guy who messaged all of us get in trouble also. Not this Toby guy, but that Abram??? Maybe their all the same person??

So if they were used to buy car parts, cant you get the guys real name from the seller then?

yanks, email the address that you sent the money to, tell him wahts going on, and ask him for the name and address he sent the parts to.

the guy i sent money to, a performance parts seller in ohio, hasnt replied to my emails. i dont know if they go in his spam or what. i called my credit card and the reversed the charges. maybe he will respond now. i want him to give me the name and address he sent the parts to. this guy is really suping up his car, he is going to need that speed to run from the cops

I opened mine up last week and it's still being reviewed by paypal. So I'm thinking that I got him before he could transfer the money and he's not able to close the account or anything. He hasn't wrote back to paypal or anything.

Wow just filed my paypal disputes regarding these bats and the person I sent the money to claims I have the wrong person and he never sold me any bats. Nice Scam job Toby Upton or whatever your name is!

Apparently we were used as pawns to purchase items for Mr. Upton. I will be filing all necessary complaints within the next day or two. I just need to get his address before I file with the police.

Nope. First time being scammed like this in my many years of dealing online. I will be filing as many complaints as possible tomorrow. I have 2 names I will be filing complaints against, Toby Upton, if that is his real name, and the person I sent Paypal payment to.
