I purchased 3 bats from him a Cracked Mark Teixeria Marucci , Robinson Cano uncracked, and a Nick Swisher cracked. I jumped through all the hoops he wanted and have been asking for a tracking number and finally got it. Bats were going to be shipped Friday or Saturday but the tracking number still isn't in the system. Starting to get nervous but will give it till the end of the week before filling a paypal dispute and a credit card chargeback. I paid for the bats last Thur so I'm Interested to see if anyone here was offered the same bats or purchased the same bats?

I sent money to this person. He said the bat shipped on Saturday 6/18. The tracking number he provided is not in the system, which is not totally unusual. I will keep you updated.

Toby had 2 buyers send paypal payment to two different accounts. One belonged to chris keggan the other Jim Schnapp. I just cant bring myself to pull the trigger on this one. 2 Granderson 2011 gamers with MLB holos for 400.00....no pictures, no holo #, nothing. Just send a payment and hope something shows up... I think these items are just a little to good to be true

I dont know he if he is either. But he doesn't have photos cause I'm not sure why really. But items he has he said he received from a clubhouse source and they come with mlb holograms. So honestly its like sending money to someone and just hoping for something in return, thats why it would be huge if someone has dealt with him before.

I'm possibly looking into purchasing two bats from TOBY UPTON but this transaction just seems a little off for some reason. Has ANY board member dealt with him before?? Thanks
