The guy won't answer the simplest questions like when were the bats shipped? So I'm going to assume they haven't been!

He answers most of my questions except for that one. Maybe he is having a problem getting his "source" to ship the bats??? Others have received bats from him in the past so I will give it till about Thursday as well.

Anyone have any updates? I was asked to give it a little more time for the bat to arrive before I file a complaint with Paypal, my credit card, and the Police.

I was told the bats would arrive sometime this week. I'm not going to hold my breath but I will give it till Thur. Then will also be contacting PayPal, Credit Card company and the Police. So it's finally confirmed that this guy never sent these bats? I'm guessing so since he wants u to close the PP case so he can just refund the money. Sending bogus tracking # and everything, what a tool

No, I havent opened a dispute yet. Once in the past someone tried scamming me and asked me to end the dispute then they would refund my money. I laughed at them and they eventually refunded my money.

This guy is a piece of work. How can someone think they can get away with this

Has anyone had any contact with this person in the last few days? Do we know if Toby Upton is a real person? Seems that he is playing with fire if several people start contacting there Credit Card companies with CB's he is comiting fraud and I'm sure they will go after him.

Yup, still no bat. But if he sent it parcel like he said, then it will take around 5 days. And like freddie says, once I contact my cc company, my paypal account will be screwed up. At least my wife has an account if I need it.

If you paid with Paypal and you do a chargeback with your credit card then Paypal may limit your account for the money.
This transaction may be a real pain even when you get your money back.

I was offered 2 Granderson bats for 400.00 via paypal gift option yesterday. No pictures, no mlb hologram #s just a strangers good word. I couldn't pull the trigger. Way too risky. I really hope you guys get these bats but what are the chances that all these tracking numbers are not coming up in the USPS system? Paypal won't cover this money guys....Like I said I hope it all works out. Keep me posted
